This course is designed for High School Juniors and Seniors interested in working with children 0-5 years old currently enrolled in a Vocational, Cyber and/or Charter School. The course is a Saturday Morning Enriched Virtual Course integrated with theory, child development best practices and practical strategies. Course work is provided using today's classroom technology, intentional teaching practices, and flipped learning techniques to aid high school students through successful use of online learning tools. Each program includes: Instructor led instruction webinar, live interaction, mock interview, portfolio help and test prep. Students graduate high school with CDA Credential, 6 College Credits*, 480 apprentices clock hours, background check, work force readiness with competence and qualification to work in Center or Family Child Care Programs with referral.
